How do you ship?
I use the U.S. Postal Service unless other arrangements are made. I can do overnight delivery using FedEx Express or UPS but there are additional charges. Please contact me directly if you require special shipping.

Order normally ship 1-2 business day after placed to allow for fraud review.

Do you have the items listed in stock?
Yes. All items are in stock unless otherwise noted in the item description.

I don't want to use my credit card over the internet. How else can I order?
Credit cards and Paypal are the preferred method of payment. I accept checks and money orders also. I do not accept credit cards over the phone. If you want to pay by mail just order on the site then send payment to the address below.

Do you ship to my country?
I ship all over the world and have had very few problems. There are some countries where I can not guarantee that anything I send will actually arrive (i.e. India) So far, no one has lost an order yet.  Due to fraud, I do NOT ship to Mexico.

How long do orders take to arrive?
That depends. I say to allow 1-2 weeks for shipping. I usually get orders out either the same day or the next business day. The US Post Office delivers within 4-7 days in US. So in general terms, your order will arrive in around 4 to 8 days.

What is your policy on defective items?
I stand behind everything I sell. There is a 30-day money back guarantee on all items.

My circuit doesn't work. Can you help?
While I do not have the time to debug your circuit, I will replace any item that is defective within a reasonal amount of time. Please be sure to check your work. Of the hand full of chips I have replaced, none were defective.

There is a problem with my order?
